Nathan has over four decades of experience in the military, private sector, and public sector honing his skills in leadership, technical expertise, and project management.

During 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, he received extensive leadership and world-class technical training, which have been instrumental in shaping his career. His military experience instilled a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.

During 15 years of working at a private software development company he served state government and private sector clients in various roles. He learned the value of empathetic customer service, skills essential to planning and managing the operation of a company, and tools and techniques to ensure the company remains profitable. These experiences provided a deep understanding of the IT landscape, serving the needs of clients, and the ability to manage complex projects successfully.

During 10 years of working in IT for the Florida state government he garnered a thorough understanding of how IT functions within state government; to include: strategic planning, IT governance, budget management, resource development, full lifecycle software development, procurement, contract management, and vendor management. These experiences, coupled with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, have enabled him to consistently deliver successful outcomes for my organization.

Today, Nathan leverages his extensive background to provide exceptional IT project management and business analysis services through his LLC. Drawing on decades of leadership and technical experience, he helps clients conduct both strategic and tactical planning to effectively achieve their mission objectives. In addition to delivering high-quality consulting services, Nathan is passionate about mentoring staff—fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and excellence that empowers individuals and teams to thrive.
